The SWL Social Care Placements Programme Lead will lead delivery of the supported work placement programme ensuring it meets its aims and objectives and achieves high levels of participant outcomes.
The programme will have a specific focus on reaching and supporting communities that are underrepresented in the care sector to improve pathways into good work and provide the skills and wraparound support to improve individuals' health, well-being, and economic resilience.
As Care and Support Team Leader, your role will be to provide a responsive, respectful, reliable, and resourceful care and support service to vulnerable older people within an extra care service.
This includes providing support, care, and activities to customers, involving family, carers, and other agencies to meet their changing needs.
You will also be supervising care staff through observation and discussion to competently undertake care and support activities in a dignified and compassionate manner.

Qualifications: Recognised counselling qualification and registration with appropriate professional body (e.g.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,450 (including Outer London Weighting) for Full Time Equivalent (37.5hrs).
Location: The post will be based at Hounslow and EACH Ealing (Head Office) and will be required to work from any of EACH's locations based on the needs of the service.
