To act as a member of staff for the Local Authority Adult Mental Health service providing an effective and efficient Care Act appropriate service to vulnerable adults with high mental health support needs and their carers, within the community or in a hospital setting.
To liaise closely with the local Mental Health Trust, Primary Care and with other parts of the mental health services in the private and voluntary sector.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be highly driven, requiring someone who can identify positivity within a service user and the ability to develop the potential within.
To provide high quality integrated day care and early education to children from birth to 7 years within a multi-disciplinary team and in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
To contribute to planning and support delivery of a high quality early years curriculum, which includes a full commitment to anti-discriminatory practice.
This will include daily, weekly and termly planning to meet individual children's needs and interests and record keeping that tracks the development of the individual child.
The Social Worker will provide a high-quality service in relation to all aspects of the assessment and care management process which meet the needs of vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities.
To perform all the functions of the post in a manner consistent with Learning Disability legislation and with current Social Services policies, standards and procedures as endorsed by the Senior Management Team.
To take responsibility for all the functions of the post within the boundaries of delegated responsibility.
