We are currently seeking an EHCP Quality Co ordinator to join a provision in Cranborne consisting of a school and a college supporting student age 11 who have additional social, emotional and mental health need.
The Role
As an EHCP Quality Co-ordinator, you will ensure the Head of Education and Head of School are supported to undertake their roles effectively regarding procedures around transition into and out of school/college during pupils'/students' time at school/college with regard to their individual EHCP.
In addition, ensuring the Management Information System is updated and holds correct information on the pupils/students regarding their EHCP needs.
Your role will include signposting to statutory and non-statutory services which specialise in fields such as education, housing, training & employment, health (physical and emotional) debt management, gender identity, sexuality, and any other identified by the resident as being important to them.
Dorchester Young People's Service opened its doors in August 2017.
Based in Fordington, Dorchester, the service provides accommodation and tailored support to for a young person to acquire Independent Living skills.
