Ward/Dept: Occupational Therapy Team
Within this role, you will provide clinical leadership to the Acute (A2) pathway wards (Norbury, Thames and Spring) as the lead on the planning, coordination and delivery of Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions within the Acute wards.
Ensuring the ethos of wellbeing is adhered to when working with vulnerable adults and their carers.
Participate in the operation of duty and respond accordingly to need, which will involve Safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessment (BIA) when required.

These clinics will be held at both schools and Croydon University Hospital, with occasional home visits required.In addition to outpatient clinics, you will also contribute to paediatric general outpatient clinics, receive training in allergy service, and share the inpatient caseload as needed.
As a Paediatric Dietitian, you will work with community paediatric services, including community nurses, school nurses, GPs, and consultants to provide specialist nutrition and dietetic services for children with complex medical nutritional needs.
Your responsibility will be to conduct MDT clinics for children on home enteral feeding, predominantly in outpatient settings.
