We are looking for qualified Health Visitors to join our Children's Community Services in Woodford.
You'll join a team who are passionate about making an impact on the development and wellbeing of children in the local community between the age of 0-19.
I am looking for experienced staff who can write EHCP's following requests for assessments, update EHCP's following Annual Review meetings, meet parents and schools and chair co-production meetings.
Staff for the 1 - 13 team and also the Post 14 team.
The latter must have experience of the available pathways for Post 14 young people with additional needs.
You will be part of the mental health and wellness team, providing range of intervention and assessment of patients, including those with multiple pathologies and complex mental health needs, taking into consideration the patient's physical/cognitive/perceptual skills to identify the patient's abilities and areas of difficulty.You will beresponsible for organising and prioritising own caseload in the day to day allocation of work, whilst being able to work flexibly to meet the needs of patients, their relatives and carers and the service.
We have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join an NHS community adult mental health team based in Walthamstow.
To be considered for this role, you must have NMC registration and be a qualified mental health nurse with experience of working at a Band 6 level within the UK.
