Head of Research for Leading Executive Search Agency About the Client Our client is a premier executive search agency with a focus on the Public Sector, covering key areas such as Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare. Known for their mature and flexible work environment, they are seeking a Head of Research to lead their talented research team. The client offers a hybrid work model, allowing team members to work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely. Position: Head of Research Location: Central London (Hybrid Work Model) Working Hours: Standard hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Lead and manage the research team to identify top-tier candidates for leadership roles in the Public Sector. Develop and implement research strategies in collaboration with other departments. Oversee the delivery of assignments, particularly those involving digital transformation within Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare sectors. Mentor and train Research Partners and Associates. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Report directly to senior management on research operations and team performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher with excellent academic credentials. Extensive experience in executive search, ideally within the Public Sector. Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

I am currently recruiting for a head of engineering for a key client of mine based in Manchester. This role will require 1-2 days on site per week (as required) and is paying upto £630 per day for a 3 month initial contract inside IR35.
