My client works across a range of sectors, which includes rail. Experience of station upgrades in communal areas (not track) would be advantageous. Your new role Your new role as a Project Manager for this business would be to oversee the day to day running of projects, which could include multiple smaller value projects. Job duties will include but not be limited to: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Manage project timelines, resources, and quality control. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
