Programme Manager- 6 months - RCT - Immediate Start The Opportunity Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large health authority to recruit a Programme Manager to join their team to oversee a feasibility project. This is a Hybrid role, Monday- Friday. 37.5 hours per week. What the Programme Manager will be doing:- The ideal Programme Manager will be responsible for: Lead and manage a range of strategic programmes and projects, often on a national basis, and ensure that a recognised programme management approach is built into all aspects of work. Write highly complex, detailed reports for a variety of senior audiences g., board papers, multi-stranded business cases and options appraisals Interpret national guidelines and policy to enable management of the Programme including risks and develop contingency plans as and when necessary. Lead the preparation of Programme, Project, Stage and as required Exception Plans, for sign off by the Programme Board and in alignment with the organisation's IMTP. What the successful Programme Manager will bring to the team:- This role is suitable for someone who has:- Has previously delivered high profile projects, Gravitas and a willingness to take ownsership In depth knowledge of NHS Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions Effective partnership working in the public sector What the Business Support Administrator will get in return:- £26.51 per hour Monday to Friday with no evenings and a hybrid environment (2 days in the office) Think this one's for you If you have delivered on feasibility projects previously and you are familiar with the public sector or NHS environment I would like to hear from you.
