We are looking for Early Years Advisors to join the team supporting the contract delivery of the Champions programmes.
Manage and lead on academic programme(s) taking responsibility for the experience of all learners enrolled.
Ensure the curriculum is aligned to awarding body requirements and that teaching, learning and assessment strategies used promote a high quality learning experience and facilitate learner progress leading to high levels of retention, achievement and progression.

Here at Tavistock Relationships, we have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Programme Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.
This role operates on a job share basis, hours are to be negotiated with the current program manager (A minimum of 18.75 (0.5 FTE) per week, and up to 30 hours (0.8) per week.This role is hybrid, a combination of office and flexible home-working arrangements to meet business needs.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £52,000- £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
