About the role
As Head of People Projects, you will be responsible for delivering specific projects, including transferring two pension schemes to one new provider, managing payroll audit findings, and developing a centralised training matrix.
Key responsibilities include
Support the Director of People in delivering the charities strategy, 3-year plan, and People Strategy.
As part of the Group People Operations function, the People Services Team is responsible for providing people support across all PIB Group businesses, serving approximately 4,000 colleagues and managers.

The Role: People Services Associate (6-month Fixed-Term Contract)
