Responsibilities
End to End Purchase Order Processing: Overseeing and manaing the entire purchase order processing cycle for pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy an timeliness in purchase order processing.
Responsible for the overall in-bound supply chain and the Global delivery of finished product, ensuring timely delivery of all necessary materials and services to meet business demands and requirements.
Leading the purchasing, logistic and warehouse teams, supporting the operations team through optimised inventories and service levels.
Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures whilst driving budget optimisation in meeting operational objectives in terms of cost, level of service, quality and working capital.
The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring supply continuity into production and manage stock, free issue parts and change management including launch of model derivatives.
The Senior Manager needs to ensure the team resolve supply issues and escalate risk suppliers which require support and leadership to improve delivery performance.
You will be required to support a team of Material Planners, a coordinator and launch/data/inventory along with a team of DHL staff /contractors to deliver parts to production.
