Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies and promotional programs to drive interest and sales, aligning with overall business objectives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI), making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation. Leadership and Development: Promote and embed strong and inspirational leadership within the team, demonstrating the company's values and leading by example. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a management position. Proven track record in driving multi-channel marketing projects and developing marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Working knowledge of SEO, lead generation, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing practices. Proficiency in software packages including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Mailchimp, and Google Business Tools. Advantageous Skills Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional diploma. Previous experience in the bed or furniture industry.
