Roles and responsibilities Meeting all weekly, monthly and year-end internal reporting deadlines Maintaining, improving and controlling the quality of the management accounts Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting Responsible for the management and development of the management accounting team (3 direct reports) Accountable for the compliance of financial statements with Group Accounting policies, IFRS and relevant tax law Preparation of subsidiary accounts for external reporting Ongoing Balance Sheet control and review Continually improving financial processes, including system improvements. Search are currently partnering a highly profitable, PE backed business based in Leeds to assist in hiring a newly created role of Head of Management Accounts Reporting into the Head of Finance you will oversee the production of management accounts and associated KPI schedules and drive the mining, consolidation, interrogation and presentation of key data across the division alongside managing a number of management accountants.
