We have registered this fantastic role with our impressive and innovative client! Working within their busy HR team, you will be focusing on the strategical elements relating to their development plan such as TUPE, Reward & Recognition and employee relations. Starting as soon as possible following a successful interview, this role will be ongoing for three months initially. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. Temporary HR Business Partner Requirements Previous experience within a busy and fast paced environment, specifically at HRBP/Manager level Prior experience managing the TUPE (IN) process and employee relation matters Working towards or already obtained CIPD Level 5 qualification Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across the business with staff at all levels Be proactive, self-motivated, and keen to share ideas Have a personable, positive and team centric approach Location Our client is located near Didcot (OX11).
