Juice is thrilled to be working with a consultancy in Malmesbury, as they looking for a Customer Service Advisor, to join their successful team. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Customer Service, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by email and phone, advising businesses on contracts, general queries, and invoices. This is a varied role, and you will need to work well under pressure and think on your feet whilst providing exceptional service to customers at all levels. DAY TO DAY: Customer service by email and phone, using Zendesk. Key account management responsibility. End to end query management. Developing & maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Supporting data reporting requirements. Ensuring invoices are correct and querying suppliers as to any inconsistencies. Inputting and updating data into our systems with accuracy and integrity. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: Previous Customer Service experience. A passion for customer experience and getting the right outcomes in the best way. Excellent attention to detail. Experience using Zendesk. Experience in data input. Great IT skills including using Microsoft Office applications. Tenacity and enjoy problem-solving. A sense of humour and a positive, fun attitude to work. Able to work in the office full-time. IN RETURN: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays. 25 days holiday Bank Holidays. Full-training. Parking. Appealing industry.
