NRG are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead a multidisciplinary IT Team, ensuring quality and timely support, maintenance and compliance across their highly innovative and collaborative working environment.
This is a managerial role that will oversee various IT functions including both internal and client IT Support, Infrastructure, Networking and Security, organising and scheduling the practical delivery of IT across the company to ensure the business operates at the highest technical level.
This role will oversee the management of four individuals focussed on various areas of IT, two of which are at a senior level.
They are currently looking to appoint a Head of Enterprise Architecture, a role which will proactively and holistically guide the leadership team, Systems managers, product owners and various distributed delivery teams through transformation and optimisation initiatives, supporting the formulation of business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities.
