As the Head of HR, you will be a key partner in guiding and supporting the European management team, providing them with the tools and knowledge to deliver high-level generalist and employee relations support.

This is a hands on Generalist HR role, working within a HR team, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations and business partnering.
You will be responsible for supporting the operation and helping operational managers to make decisions relating to the management of staffing issues.
These will include disciplinary, grievance, attendance and staff performance concerns, as well as ensuring they remain compliant at all times with regards to staff records and training requirements.
In this role you will combine operational HR responsibility for the employee lifecycle, you will also provide an efficient solutions focused service providing effective and efficient generalist HR support.
You will build and foster relationships across the wider company using your HR experience, own judgement, and specialist knowledge to resolve a wide range of Employee relation queries and issues.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Lead the HR function to develop, deliver and evaluate HR activity across the business, actively coaching direct reports to develop the HR ability that will ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, develop, communicate, and implement HR strategies and associated delivery plans aligned with our HROD critical path, that support our corporate objectives and values, enabling our vision to be a growing and developing digital business.
