Our client, a mid sized ambitious Law firm in the City, is seeking a strategic and operational Head of HR to develop the existing HR offering and support with all aspects of HR for the Firm.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of HR will provide on-site executive-level leadership and guidance to the organisation's Manufacturing and Sales operations in Banbury and Bramley.

Via your HR teams at the two sites, you will be accountable for a Generalist remit, incorporating all day-to-day HR activities, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic goals.

To lead and inspire the People Operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Employee Relations and Compliance - Conduct employee relations activities, including disciplinary and Appeal meetings, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Alongside the traditional HR Operation Manager duties, the role will be responsible for making positive changes within the team, implementing fluid processes, procedures, and SLAs.
