Due to their continuous growth, they are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their busy team based in Kent. You will be responsible for the developing, implementing, and managing their digital marketing strategies for their global online presence. This role requires a strong focus on Social Media Management, Email Marketing and SEO/PPC. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance their online presence, engage their target audience, and help drive business growth in the UK and North American markets. You should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM and PPC Building and maintaining our brand's presence across multiple social media channels Collaborating with the sales teams to improve marketing results and offering Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement and ROI Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns General Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns Assisting with customer experience days and shows and generating social media content for the group Assist with creating digital assets for customers To upload content to our corporate and brand websites Social Media Management: Develop and create engaging content tailored to various social media platforms Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals Conduct competitive research across social media to identify trends and audience preferences Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimisation Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally, foster a positive community and add value to the user's experience Engage with followers and build relationships through interactive content Develop high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to optimise results Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events Track key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance Maintain and update social media profiles across multiple platforms Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to maximise ROI Set up and monitor ad budgets, targeting, and creative for social media ads Analyse ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results Stay current with emerging social media trends and technologies Experiment with new formats and tools to drive engagement and innovation SEO Management: Develop effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic, working alongside our SEO and marketing team Perform keyword research, site audits and competitive analysis to identify optimisation opportunities Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance, recommending and implementing improvements Preferred Skills: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, or other relevant fields Experience digital marketing or similar role Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for content management Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns and improving rankings Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO/SEM tools Understanding of HTML/CSS and website management Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and innovation Benefits: Profit share scheme after successful probation Opportunities for career growth and professional development Supportive work environment Monday- Friday 7.30am-4.30pm Company Pension scheme Lunches provided on occasions Access to an online training and development platform 28 days holiday, including statutory Bank Holidays Free parking
