Location: Malvern/Remote working with travel to the office 1 or 2 days per month.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Head of SEND who can drive forward the plans for SEND across the borough, working collaboratively with partners across health, care, the voluntary sector and parents/carers and children and young people.

You will ensure a high profile across partners in education, health and care and ensure strong communication and engagement with parents/carers and children and young people.
To provide high quality integrated day care and early education to children from birth to 7 years within a multi-disciplinary team and in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
This will include daily, weekly and termly planning to meet individual children's needs and interests and record keeping that tracks the development of the individual child.
To contribute to planning and support delivery of a high quality early years curriculum, which includes a full commitment to anti-discriminatory practice.
