You will ensure that growth targets are achieved and that the strategy and plan is supported to deliver the required results. Acting as an ambassador for Unipart Logistics in the marketplace you will develop long term, strategic relationships up to the most senior levels in support of growth and will act with the highest levels of integrity. As part of your key responsibilities you'll: Work as part of the Business Development team in ensuring that we act and win as One Unipart Logistics Win new business up to and exceeding target set by the business and Sector Development Director Be accountable for supporting the Sector Development Director on delivering growth targets in line with the corporate plan Work with the Sector Development Director to maintain and develop the sector strategy that defines which customers which markets and which services we will target to expand our business Support the Sector Director on our logistics and repair product offerings based on customer insights from each sector and using the engineering and innovation team to provide the necessary technical design input Be responsible for delivering on our sector specific value propositions and how to communicate those more effectively including working with UL Marketing Be accountable for the delivery of aspects of sector mapping, research, opportunity identification and development Support the overall pipeline sector development while providing leads to other sectors Present clear and precise details of tenders to Sector Development Director ensuring new business meets our profitability targets Develop and own new customer relationships for all potential new business Provide professional seamless delivery on tender responses and presentations ensuring all key aspects are captured For new or growth customers, ensure that the relationships are appropriately transferred into the right place in day-to-day Operations (e.g. Customer Engagement Manager/Director, GM, BU Director) About You We'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in this role!
