The Councils Valuation and Strategic Assets team (VASA) is looking to recruit a Head of Asset Management for the Directorates portfolio on a fixed term contract to cover maternity Leave.

My client is seeking a Head of FP&A To control and develop the forecasting and capital investment appraisal processes for a key division.
You will also have responsibility for the evaluation of critical capital investment proposals and assist in the operational review and implementation of the divisional strategy, including detailed implementation planning, undertaking of post-implementation review process and working with other finance team members and Group FP&A to deliver on reporting deadlines.
You will be part of a core team working closely with Sales Group Strategy and Group Finance teams to provide sound and insightful information.
