As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be part of a large team of over 15 Chefs and involved in working across all areas of the Restaurant kitchen, supporting the Senior Chefs with the day to day running of this large and busy operation. The restaurant covers cuisines from all over the world, so this is a role for a Chef that truly loves to cook all types of food and someone that is always looking to learn and develop their skills. Producing food to the highest standards is essential within this premium site, with a highly demanding client there is no margin for error. As well as the main restaurant kitchen there are also an additional 2 kitchens at the site which cater for hospitality and the directors dinning, giving you a great opportunity to see different sides of the business when the opportunity allows you too. The ideal Chef should be from within a similar environment or a high-profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
