Assist the head chef in menu development to create seasonally inspired dishes whether for the bar menu or special boards, considering dietary restrictions.
As the Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will be required to support the head chef in running the kitchen including all sections of retail, deli, main kitchen, Vending, Hospitality, and caf.
We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to help the Head Chef and team produce high end food for our client, a B&I contract Catering site near to Ascot, Berkshire.
