Working within a high volume, busy environment, this kitchen caters for a main restaurant as well as grab & go, all day grazing as well and high-end hospitality.
As the Head Chef, you will
Lead, manage and develop a large team ensuring standards are maintained at all times.
This role has a starting salary of £18,508.82 per annum for working 35 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year (equivalent to £13.77 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay).
Though you will only work during term time, you will be paid a salary every month including school holidays.
We are looking for the right candidate to lead this established, stable, long term and experienced kitchen team.
Head Chef positon available in a luxury botel near Truro.
As you would expect, this includes working evenings and weekends and you will be working no less than 45 hours per week over the 7 days consisting of 8, 10 or 12 hour days according to the needs of the business.
This role has a starting salary of £14,542.65 per annum for working 27.5 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year (equivalent to £13.76 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay).
Though you will only work during term time, you will be paid a salary every month including school holidays.
