Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
He is fully aware of what is going on around him and able to answer question, he likes to watch tv and films and he enjoys days out with his support workers.
This role will be supporting a young lady who suffers from Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy & severe Dystonia.She also has chronic lung disease and requires tracheostomy and ventilation support.This is a complex role and so applicants should be confident/have some experience with at least some of the above.This position is open to female support workers only, due to the family & client preference

Shift Pattern
Support Workers cover all manners of support for others from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
