The hotel is in a very remote location in the North of Scotland but right on the NC 500. It is a beautiful village that has amenities and access to local school. We would be looking for a Head Chef that maybe is either single and looking to settle in a remote area or maybe a Chef that has a family as the school is excellent. Head Chef experience of up to 3 years as a minimum and someone who has worked in a standard of cooking that is of a rosette quality.
