THE OPPORTUNITY
My client is currently looking to recruit for a Head of Contact Centre based in Leicestershire; this is a senior role in a rapidly expanding organisation.
The Head of Contact Centre will manage the delivery of the support services we provide to customers across a range of contact channels including voice, e-mail and web-chat.
The successful candidate will be adept in managing all aspects of a Contact Centre operation and will be responsible for, but not limited to.
As the Head of Customer Contact - Repairs, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the contact centre and linked communication channels ensuring KPIs are achieved, and excellent levels of customer service are delivered.

This is a permanent role, paying £62,843 per annum, and is based from their office in Peterborough.
The role
Ensure that repairs are accurately recorded on the system and appropriate SOR codes are assigned to jobs to help facilitate high First Time Fix levels'.
Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is required for an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.
If you have previous experience working in a call centre, then great.
