We are fully committed to progressing you through your PCO Portfolio or PCO Apprenticeship which would increase your salary to £32,288 as soon as either of these is successfully completed which can realistically be achieved within 12 to 18 months of joining us.

A well-established manufacturing/engineering business is seeking a highly capable and confident HR Business Partner.
Working as part of an established team and reporting to the HR Manager - the HRBP will be responsible for providing a generalist service primarily working with support functions across the organisation; as such you will oversee the delivery of a HR service to c200 employees (all UK based).
Covering the entire HR lifecycle, you will be adept at managing multiple issues at once, as well as having a track record of delivering on a number of HR projects.
