General Duties: To be second in command in the kitchen following the Head Chefs specifications and guidelines Lead the kitchen team and control and direct all food preparation within the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef Help with controlling stock levels and ordering. Hiring and onboarding of new staff following the Company Induction procedure. Complete all staff rotas and publish, giving staff a minimum of 48 notice.
