Key Responsibilities
Handling customer complaints regarding portfolio of products in a timely and efficient manner.
This role is to help provide administrative and legal support and the main duties include; assisting with running cases and provide administrative duties on property transactions from instruction through to completion, open files electronically and liaise with clients, estate agents and other solicitors during the process.
