SME Account Handler required to join a very well-established insurance broker due to growth. As SME Account Handler you will be responsible for managing a book of renewals, for small business clients. You will be responsible for determining the best insurance cover to suit the needs of the client which may include products for contractors, shops, offices and property owners. You will ensure that policy coverage is adequate as well as dealing with any client queries You will need a good level of general insurance knowledge for this role and any experience in dealing with SME size clients would be an advantage. Any previous experience of personal lines insurance will also be considered. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
