Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies. Assist in evaluating and documenting employee performance. Provide support to managers in creating performance reports and identifying areas for improvement. Manage the onboarding process for new Wren employees. Coordinate orientation sessions, provide necessary information, and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Oversee the process of conducting exit interviews for departing employees. Gather feedback and insights to improve employee retention and satisfaction. Coordinate various events, including innovation days, guest speaker events, and recruitment events.
