Day to Day of the role
Administer absences including sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption leave, accurately calculating and maintaining contractual and statutory pay entitlements.
Whilst this role is based in Preston the client is open to candidates from other areas of the UK, but you must be able to attend meetings once a month in Preston.
Provide Managers with advice, support and coaching on people related matters acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
