Description Support the HR team with administrative tasks Assist in managing HR records and databases Help prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and updating job ads Handle payroll and benefits queries Perform reception duties such as answering phones Collaborate with the team to ensure the HR department runs smoothly Profile A successful HR Admin should have: Relevant qualifications in HR or related field Experience in an HR role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software Strong communication and interpersonal skills A keen eye for detail, with excellent organisational skills Knowledge of HR laws and regulations Job Offer £12 - £14 hourly rate Weekly pay Immediate start available Short term contract
