Your new company This nursery is looking for an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner who can join their team immediately. With an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating, this nursery prides themselves on high quality staff who prioritise the physical, social, emotional and intellectual care of the children. Your new role This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be expected to work 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Your typical day will be from 7:30am - 6pm. You will be expected to support and maintain the daily routines of the children, provide a high-quality, stimulating and inclusive learning environment and ensure that the elements of observation and assessment (observe, plan, play and learn together) are implemented from the earliest stage. What you'll need to succeed It is essential that you have a minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, as well as be open to continuous learning and developing personally and professionally. A successful candidate will have The ability to prioritise and organise themselves effectively and also show a keen dedication to engage, encourage and develop The learning and well-being of children. You must have previous experience in a nursery setting and be flexible with your hours.
