My client is a highly reputable financial services firm of less than 50 employees based in the UK, looking for an experienced HR Manager to support their UK employees.
This contract aims to last 1 month but may be longer or shorter than this.
This role will be on a full time, temporary basis, based fully in the office and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The HR Advisor will work alongside the People and Culture Manager, Senior Leaders and People Managers at all levels.
Reed HR are working alongside an Educational establishment based in North London who are recruiting for an interim HR Advisor with the probability to go permanent.
Working from the office will be required due to business needs.
Manage the performance and development of the assigned team to ensure managers and employees receive consistent and up to date advice, in a way that positively influences the employee's experience.
Deliver a professional advice and consultancy service that meets strategic objectives, and covers the employee life cycle, including resourcing, probation, induction, performance management, employee relations cases and organisational change.
