Responsibilities
Issuing job offers and coordinating the on-boarding of new employees (site and office staff), ensuring all correct documentation is on file, obtaining references, issuing welcome packs, organising inductions, etc.
Our client is an established and expanding organisation looking for a HR Administrator to join their team based in HX7.
The role offers hybrid working (2 days a week wfh max) but applicants must have a driving licence and access to their own car due to the location of the office.
This role does involve some travel to the clients other locations in Halifax and Manchester.
