Our Client Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with an iconic NE based business as they continue to grow both here and abroad in there search for a HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a growing HR team. This is a newly created role that is pivotal in the further development of our clients people strategy as they continue to embrace new initiatives. The Opportunity The key duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Respond to employee and manager queries Advise managers on the application of HR policies, ensuring all procedures are compliant Support managers with formal meetings, ensuring a fair and reasonable process is followed at all times Monitor and review absence and ongoing casework, ensuring appropriate action is taken Ensure all HR processes are accurately documented Support managers with performance improvement and engagement initiatives Monitor and review KPI data, looking for trends and areas of improvement Recruitment activity such as advertising, liaising with recruiters, assisting with interviews and ensuring all new starters have a positive onboarding experience Ensure compliance with all occupational health requirements, including scheduling of clinics and processing appropriate referrals Promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives Produce and publish employee communications Provide input into the review of HR policies and procedures Assist with the implementation of HR projects The Individual To be successful in this role you will have gained some HR advisory experience in a fast paced environment, enjoy building relationships, offering sound advice and guidance to managers and key stakeholders. There will be the opportunity to get involved in numerous projects going forward and you will benefit from both the autonomy given in this role and the support that is on hand.
