We are seeking a professional and detail orientated HR Advisor who is methodical, organised and has experience working within a busy HR Department. The client would like a candidate who is available at short notice and the role will be offered on a contract basis for 4 - 6 months The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all HR processes and procedures, they will be a proficient user of technology including MS Office and data bases and they will be able to work independently. The role will involve assisting within the department to update records and documents and ensuring that all information is stored so that it is easily accessible. Auditing personnel files for compliance Reviewing HR policies, processes and procedures Streamlining the HR Shared Drive and ensuring information has been captured correctly and is easily accessible Reviewing the recruitment process from onboarding to completion of probation Reviewing the Leavers process Checking all templates for all correspondence, letters, forms and documents Assisting with general HR administration Uploading all Job Descriptions onto the HR System Administration of a Job Evaluation project
