Managing Employee relations cases that come thought the HR team.
The HR Advisor will work alongside the People and Culture Manager, Senior Leaders and People Managers at all levels.
Reed HR are working alongside an Educational establishment based in North London who are recruiting for an interim HR Advisor with the probability to go permanent.
Working from the office will be required due to business needs.
Or client are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide advice and support to managers across the organisation on a wide variety of employee relations activities including issues affecting individual members of staff (such as disciplinaries, dispute resolution, grievances, absence management and capability issues), some of which may be complex.

Main Responsibilities
To provide advice and support on all types of case work including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence management and capability from preliminary advisory stages to formal stages.
