What will the HR Administrator role involve
Generalist HR Administration, responsible for overseeing the HR inbox.

Reporting to the HR Manager, your role is to assist the HR Team in supporting and delivering a HR service to the company, advocating for best practices across all functions while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
CMA HR Division are currently assisting a growing, professional business near Blandford, Dorset to recruit for a new HR Administrator on a permanent basis (part and full-time hours considered).
As an employment Advisor, you will be working directly with a caseload of customers to help them overcome barriers to employment, providing vital support to help people transform their lives.
By motivating and empowering the people you work with, you will equip individuals with the necessary skills and confidence to enable secure and sustained employment.
You will develop strong relationships by encouraging, motivating and challenging your customers to fulfill their potential, whilst ensuring you meet your own job specific targets.
As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
