Working 50% of the time on payroll and 50% in support of the HR Manager, this role would suit someone with experience of working in a busy payroll role and a wish to broaden their remit with HR administration.
Join our team client's team in a private school as a Facilities Assistant and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and secure school environment.
On-site for 9 hours per day, with flexible start and end time
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning, security checks, and various site management duties.
The Senior Facilities Assistant will provide assistance across the organisation, to ensure security services are carried out efficiently, that buildings are secure, systems are maintained, risks are mitigated, and areas are presented to the highest possible standards.

Demonstrating previous experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for buildings security, alarm systems, access, event preparation and supporting the work of external contractors.
