Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team
This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant
Through the Service Lead for Housing Operations, support in the development and delivery of a high quality maintenance service (responsive repairs, voids & planned works) strategy that enable the client to meet its business objectives and meet the needs of all internal users and otherstakeholders ensuringthat all policies, standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and statutory requirements are met.
We are currently looking for meter readers in various locations across the UK, this opportunity is a field-based role, local to your home postcode, where you will be required to obtain meter readings and inspect gas, electric & water meters at customers' properties, entering the details accurately on a handheld device at each location whilst providing excellent customer service to positively represent the company & company values.

Full UK Driving licence, own car and Business Insurance.
