Sales Support Administrator Location: London Length: 4 Months Rate: £18 £20 p/h PAYE Hours: 9am 6pm This client is one of the world's largest and most respected broadcasting organisations. One of the UK's flagship media organisations, this client operates numerous TV channels, radio stations and digital platforms, catering to diverse audiences both in the UK and around the globe. We have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic, passionate and pro-active Sales Support to join the EMEA Key Markets Branded Services team. The purpose of this role is to support the Branded Services Sales teams including Out of Home, MENA, Benelux & Nordics providing a best in class support function across these regions related to Branded Services distribution for both residential and commercial subscribers. Main Responsibilities: The Sales Support will provide complete administrative support to the sales teams with a focus on managing incoming reports from customers related to the distribution of the businesses channels to residential and commercial subscribers, maintaining comprehensive records of reports and working closely with IBM for invoicing purposes and other relevant client and territory information. Process responsibilities include: Detailed record keeping including managing monthly affiliate reports, system data entry/detailed record keeping (salesforce and excel) Primary communication with IBM to ensure clients are invoiced when monthly reports are received. Checking the affiliate reports include correct reported invoicing figures for IBM and provide instructions every month Working with IBM on flat fee/Minimum guarantee deals that require invoicing Chase clients for outstanding reports or overdue payments Systems data entry (excel and Salesforce) - Management of Salesforce (GNC) tasks related to new customers, new opportunities, Novation's etc including: KYC (Know Your Customer) and Platform Security forms sent to clients and then shared with Legal, Finance and Tech teams for approvals uploading onto GNC Managing all Opportunities Approval Stages on GNC in order to close Opportunities Working closely with the SAP team in order to create SAP ID's Completion of documents required by IBM in order for billing to be set up on SAP Deal with any GNC software issues Manage billing changes (SAP/IBM/GNC) related to: Change of office address / Change of reporting email addresses Send new Smart cards to licensed distributors/hotels & coordinate raising PO's. Activate new cards (or re-activate old cards that have expired) for Hotels and dealing with issues when cards are faulty Updating the relevant sales teams on the status of billing every month & debtors report Looking after all Salesforce activities related to Residential and Commercial subscribers Maintain current client contracts database including client contacts Develop presentations and business proposals to support the Sales teams in executing the sales/pitch process. You will source and collate market analytics, research, insights and pricing data in support of the development of pitch materials. Research and develop territory overviews, key client insights, competitor analysis content or product slate and audience demographics identifying sales opportunities. Service clients by liaising with the Marketing Team and making sure the clients are provided appropriate marketing information in the territories including regular content newsletters, e-brochures and any other relevant publicity and planned direct marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Sales Delivery team to ensure new and existing clients are configured and have access to sales related systems and tools. Are you the right candidate?
