We have a great opportunity for a time served internal fit out site manager to join our 316 BTR scheme in Bath which is scheduled to complete in April 2025 with further opportunities to work in Bristol beyond 2025. Applications need to demonstrate experience in all disciplines of internal works from SFS installations right through to snagging & hand over as well as the ability to manage and achieve the highest standards of QA required. If required, weekly travel to the site, and mid week overnight accomodation is paid for by the company (inline with company policy). The main remit of Site Manager will be to manage the works on site, managing quality, safety, and pace to ensure that projects and work is completed on time to the required standard. You will manage subcontractors and communicate instructions / directions in relation to the construction working programme and arrange and attend subcontractor meetings with Project Manager and Quantity Surveyors. The successful candidate will need to maintain sight of drawings and plans in order to understand costs and budgets with a view to eliminating or minimising waste. Additional to this the successful candidate will hold responsibility for tasks within the development / project as delegated by the Project Manager. About You We're looking for an individual who is educated to NVQ Level 3, A' Level or HNC standard in a relevant discipline or who has the equivalent experience. With good communication skills and a technical aptitude, you need to possess a SMSTS certificate, First Aid certificate and hold a valid CSCS card. We'd like you to have experience of working with high rise buildings, student accommodation builds or BTR builds and be comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment.
