Hospitality/Reception/Event Staff Location: Hotel in Plymouth- close to transport Date: 17th May 2024 Pay Rate: £14 per hour Hours: 10.00- 18.00 Description: We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to provide support for an upcoming event at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-presented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Contacting attendees via phone or email to confirm their attendance and provide event details. Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. Assisting with various tasks during the event to ensure its smooth operation. Providing excellent customer service to attendees and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Collaborating with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly. Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or event support roles is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
