Reed Education are working in partnership with a school in the Plymouth area who are seeking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant to work in close proximity with the classroom teacher.
Therefore, helping every pupil reach their full potential.
Many of the pupils have social, emotional, and behavioural concerns, so the right candidate needs to be able to use effective communication to build strong relationships with these pupils to help promote independence and self-reliance.
Reed Education are working in partnership with a Primary School who are looking to appoint a learning mentor, to work on a one-to-one basis with one of their pupils.
The requirement would be on a full-time basis, term-time only, starting in September 2024.
The successful candidate doesn't necessarily need experience, however, has the resilience and confidence to support a child who may try and push the boundaries.

This role would be on a full-time basis, to start in September.
