Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team
Through the Service Lead for Housing Operations, support in the development and delivery of a high quality maintenance service (responsive repairs, voids & planned works) strategy that enable the client to meet its business objectives and meet the needs of all internal users and otherstakeholders ensuringthat all policies, standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and statutory requirements are met.
This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join a leading facilities & property management company who boast an impressive portfolio of corporate clients.
You will be responsible for supporting with the smooth daily operation of three client sites in Southampton, including managing both hard and soft services.
You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and travel between the two additional sites as required.
