We have an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Manager to join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. You will be working as part of the Candidate Management Team based in Chester. oAs a Candidate Manager you will be responsible for managing our candidates through the initial application and screening process, through to interview. You will work closely with the recruiter and the Hiring Manager to ensure we have identified the best candidates for our roles. You will be accountable for ensuring a superb hiring experience for both our internal and external candidates. You will collaborate with your teammates to develop targeted strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values. oProactively identifying talent, both internally and from the external market. Building and nurturing relationships with these candidates to create robust talent pools for future hiring needs. oYou will provide support in the initial stages of recruitment from sourcing, application management, shortlisting through to interview.
